It is that time of year, everyone is working out and then a lot are starting to hurt. We find that abdominal work can cause a lot of low back pain. They work the hip flexors, which attach to the lumbar vertebrae.
The plank and the an hollow work the core in a functional manner. They help teach stiffness and reactivity for the core. 15 seconds of each for 3 supersets light smoke you.
