Golf Warmup

This week’s tip is from a patient request.
What can you do to warmup for golf?
Here is a quick and easy one that will benefit most people.
We like to start with the overhead/upright position and perform 3-5 reps each side.
We move to the swing position and do 10 reps of back swing and follow through at a slow controlled pace.
