Read somewhere that it is National Child Workout week or some similar nonsense. That should be everyday and every week as play.
It is awesome #lifewithlily likes to exercise. She is driven to beat her own PR. Lol. We are also using it as a wake up for her nervous system before soccer, hence the cleats.
We are looking at a couple sessions a week to help kids move better, feel better, perform better pain free.
